Welcome Sai Luxury Sea View Maissonette in Toroni , Sithonia Halkidiki .The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 guests that making it ideal for families or small groups. The house is only 80m away from the Toroni Beach and from the center of Toroni where there are souvenir shops, supermarkets, restaurants, taverns and bakery .

The accommodation is housed in a residential complex and next to it there are other Maison that can also accommodate 8 visitors, one of which is the Sai Luxury Sea View

Entering the house from the ground floor there is a large living room with a/c, the first bedroom with private bathroom with shower… Going up to the first floor you will find the second and third bedrooms with their own verandas overlooking the sea of Toroni and the Castle. Between the bedrooms there is also the second bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

All rooms and the living room have a TV and on the upper floor there is another air conditioner.The upper balconies have a table and chairs on the veranda to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the sea.

The Sai Luxury Sea View has a fenced courtyard with dining tables and barbecue for your afternoon meals.At 50 meters you will find playground facilities for children with inflatable electronic and collision games.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Accommodation Tax The Climate Resilience Fee, as required by Greek legislation, is not included in the accommodation price and is paid upon arrival.
