• The booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, with a full refund of the deposit.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Accommodation Tax The Climate Resilience Fee, as required by Greek legislation, is not included in the accommodation price and is paid upon arrival.
