Pigadaki Sea View Loft , Located in Sikia Beach , Sithonia Halkidiki .The loft house can accommodate up to 4 guests that making it ideal for family with two children. The Loft House is only 10m away from the Pigadaki Beach and 3 minute from Tourkolimionas Beach and 10 minute from Klimataria beach.

Arriving at the accommodation there are 3 steps and we enter the courtyard where there is a gazebo with barbecue and a dining area on the grass and safe for children …

On our right side you find the entrance to the house, as soon as you enter you are in the living room with a sofa bed, on your left there is the toilet and the staircase that goes up to the upper floor where you find a double bed and the large veranda with the unique view of the harbor.

Reservation Confirmation

A deposit of 20% to 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
The booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, with a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Accommodation Tax The Climate Resilience Fee, as required by Greek legislation, is not included in the accommodation price and is paid upon arrival.
